1.   Staging increases your sales price by a $2,275 to $2,841 profit.
 
2.   Cleaning and de-cluttering could add another $2,093 to $2,378 profit to your final purchase offer!   
Additionally, homes selling with 2400+ sqft and larger SOLD 42% faster and for a 10% higher price, according to a study by Reality Enhancement International.  Homes with less than 2400 sqft SOLD 18% faster and for 15% more per sqft (no rental furniture was used in the study.)  That's very impressive!  FYI - staging is not very common in the Denver Colorado Real Estate market - whereas it has become very useful sales tool in many other markets.

Denver Metro Real Estate Sales Statistics
 
The Denver real estate Sales Statistics on single family homes SOLD for 2007 compared to 2006 is amazing to see!  Areas like Arvada, Aurora North, Erie, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lafayette and Thronton markets have remained resilient and had POSITIVE SALES GROWTH in 2007 over 2006.  Even in other areas through out the Denver Colorado real estate market, home values are still rising in some neighborhoods and subdivisions!  Overall, Denver was down 2.49% in sales volume. 
 
There were 38,941 homes SOLD in 2007 - and there are currently 22,070 active listing when searching the Denver MLS.   

Sellers in today's Littleton and Denver real estate market need to be more prepared for the obstacles that exist.  The market is still a buyers market in all of our Arapahoe, Douglas, Jefferson, and Denver County markets.  I'll help you get your home SOLD as other homes for sale continue to be unsold!!!
