Let's begin with a gut-level reality check ...you CAN'T buy a home until you can get your mortgage financing done - right? It's a known fact that most renters typically have less than perfect credit and average or lower credit scores. I've owned my mortgage company, Mortgage Specialists LLC since 1998, and I can honestly tell you it's the #1 cause of frustration for most first time home buyers.
